Kurasawa responde desde Japón: ¿Qué os parece?

Thank you for your kind and gracious e-mail about the huge earthquake at M9.0 and Tsunami  happened in the north east of Japan on the 11th March.

Our head office where I am working is located in Tokyo and it is several hundreds km
 away from the center place of the earthquake.  Even though, I felt as if we were on the small boat in the ocean, it was huge swinging.  Actually partition fell down and samples were burst from the shelf onto the floor.

However, absolutely fortunately, Alcare staffs and their family, including our branch which was very close to the center of earthquake were all safe.  And the production line did not seem to have much damage so far.

Geographically Japan has earthquake very frequently.  Even in my memories we had so many disasters due to the big earthquake within 50 years.  However, the damage of this time was that　we have not had for " several hundreds" years. In fact, hundred thousands of houses were destroyed and tens of thousand people's lives were lost within a day.

In this circumstance the fact I received kind and gracious e-mail from you made me pleased and encouraged and we are very honor that we could have such gracious partner.

Now we are proceeding how we should help and contribute people who are suffering from this exceptional disaster as a medical device manufacture.

At the moment due to damages of many power stations and transportation systems, also we may have to put first priority on the aid purpose, I am afraid there might be some effect to our delivery.
Of course we try best to avoid such situation however I hope you kindly understand the situation which we are facing now.

At last again I would like to show my sincere appreciation to your kind and gracious attention to us.  I would like to reward your kindness with our best and further efforts in our business.

A nivel humano y personal está algo afectado pero, con gran entereza, mira adelante con el deseo de salir cuanto antes de el atolladero.

Como esperabamos, o presumiamos más bien, no muestra ni un ápice de flaqueza. Transmite lo justo. Sin entrar en detalle y sin amarillismo.
